Return & Refund Policy

At ShudhKaya, we value customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
• Item must be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, opened health supplements, or customized Ayurvedic kits cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Shipping Costs

If your order is less than ₹1000, an additional charge of ₹100 will be applied.
